1/2 cup of mayo

1/2 cup or Mascarpone (room temp)

1 cup of feta crumbles

1/4 cup of grated aged Parmesan

2 drops of *doTERRA Lemon oil

1 drop of *doTERRA Thyme oil

1 tsp of lemon zest

1/4 cup fresh squeezed lemon juice

Pinch of oregano

Salt and Pepper to taste


Blend all ingredients together in food processor and scoop into decorative bowl.

Drizzle with Extra Virgin Olive Oil and Top with diced kalamata olives or fresh tomato.

Serve with warm pita and fresh slices of cucumber.

Cumin Butter Roasted Potato

w/Creamy Deviled Center of Dijon Mustard and Dill


1/2 lb of tiny golden potatoes

1/4 cup salted butter

2 drops of *doTERRA Cumin Oil

1/2 cup of sour cream

1/4 cup Dijon mustard

1/4 tsp of golden turmeric

1 tsp chopped chive

1 drop of *doTERRA Dill Oil

Salt & Pepper to taste

Olive oil


Wash potatoes and place on baking sheet.

Melt butter in small sauce pan and add Cumin essential oil. Drizzle melted butter over potatoes, sprinkle with a pinch of salt, and place in oven at 325 for 30-45 min or until potatoes are fork soft.

Remove potatoes from over and chill for 10 min. Cut chilled potatoes in half, scoop out soft center’s with melon ball scooper or spoon. Save chilled potatoes and place “scooped” side up on baking sheet or pan.

Take softened potato and blend with, Dijon, sour cream, turmeric, and Dill essential oil into a blender or food processor until smooth. Spoon into piping bag with decorative tip (swirled tip recommended). Pipe potato mixture into centers of reserved potatoes and drizzle each with olive oil, salt & pepper.

Bake again at 350 for 5-10 min. Top with fresh chopped chive and enjoy!

For spicy version add 1 drop doTERRA Black Pepper essential oil to mashed blend and cayenne pepper.

Botanical Mule


2 oz Gin or Vodka

1/2 oz Fresh Lime Juice

1/2 oz doTERRA Botanical Simple (see recipe below)

Soda water

Floral garnish or lime


In a cocktail shaker add gin/vodka, fresh lime juice and botanical simple syrup with ice. Shake until blended. Pour over fresh ice in glass and top with soda water. Finish with spring of lavender or rosemary.


1/2 cup organic cane sugar

1/4 cup water

1 drop doTERRA Rosemary essential oil

2 drops doTERRA Lavender essential oil

2 drops doTERRA Grapefruit essential oil

1 drop doTERRA Peppermint essential oil

Pinch of salt


Add all ingredients to small saucepan on medium heat and stir until sugar is melted. Set aside until cooled to room temp and add to cocktail!


Add 1 oz simple and 1/2 oz of fresh lemon juice with 1/2 oz of fresh grapefruit juice to 1 oz of water or sparkling water for a refreshing lemonade!
